- Payment settings and preferences
- Logo images (if uploaded)

This information is stored exclusively on your device and in your iCloud account (if enabled).

## 2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to:
- Generate professional invoices and estimates
- Store and manage client relationships
- Calculate taxes and totals
- Export PDFs for your business use
- Sync across your devices via iCloud (optional)

We do not access, collect, or transmit your data to our servers or any third parties.

## 3. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored locally using SwiftData (iOS native storage)
- Optional iCloud sync uses Apple's encrypted iCloud infrastructure
- Face ID/Touch ID protection is available for app access
- No data is transmitted to external servers

## 4. Third-Party Services
SoloInvoice CRM integrates with:
- **Apple Mail**: For sending invoices via email (only when you initiate)
- **Apple Photos**: For selecting business logos (only with your permission)
- **StoreKit**: For Pro subscription management

These services operate under Apple's privacy policies. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

## 5. Your Rights
You have complete control over your data. You can delete, modify, or export your data at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all local data.
