NestLedger grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal Apple devices in accordance with Apple's App Store terms of service.
2. NestLedger Pro — In-App Purchase
NestLedger offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("NestLedger Pro") that unlocks all Pro features permanently.
- No subscription — purchase once, own forever
- No refunds except as required by Apple's standard refund policy
- Restore Purchases is supported — use the "Restore Purchases" button in the app to restore your purchase on a new device
3. User Data & Privacy
All user data remains on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
NestLedger is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The App is intended for personal financial tracking purposes only and does not constitute financial, tax, or investment advice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Malar Hari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
