WinDots keeps a small list of habits and lets you mark daily wins. If you need help, try the options below.

Contact us

In the app (recommended): open Settings (gear on Today) → Contact support. That opens your mail app with a subject line we can recognize.

From the web: you can also email us at rajhari@gmail.com (same address the app uses).

iCloud: Habits and wins can sync via iCloud Key-Value when you’re signed into iCloud. If something looks out of sync, check that you’re on the same Apple ID and that iCloud is enabled for the device.
Purchases: WinDots Pro is a one-time unlock. Use Restore purchases on the paywall or in Settings if you reinstall or use a new device with the same Apple ID.
Data on this device: You can clear all habits and history from Settings if you need a fresh start (this cannot be undone).
